Lincoln Cottage is a three bedroom detached holiday rental which is centrally located in the New Forest Area with all its attractions.

We are situated at the end of a cul-de-sac.

Lymington town centre and Isle of Wight Ferry Terminal is approximately a one mile walk, with a local pub and co-op 24 hour shop within 10 minute walk.Buckland Ring - an iron age fort, which is fully fenced and a safe exercise area for dogs, is a 5 minute walk from the house

The open forest is a 5 minute drive by car

We are centrally located

Towns nearby are Lyndhurst (10 miles), Brockenhurst (5 miles), Beaulieu (7 miles).

Bus stop (route 112 Beaulieu) is a 2 minute walk from the house, located on the main road. Lymington train station - which goes tp Brockenhurst main line station, is within one mile of the house.
